Our law firm thrives on
personal attention to its clients. From its inception, the firm has placed
an emphasis on providing legal services that make sense from the client's
perspective. A concerted effort is made in each case to maintain thorough
communication with the client. Such personalized attention
not only saves the client unnecessary administrative costs and the cost of
duplicative efforts, but also enables the firm's lawyers to better
understand the client's ultimate needs and objectives.
Undeniably, The firm's expertise includes all aspects of medical
malpractice, elder abuse, nursing home practice, and personal injury but it
does not stop there. We also provide other legal services such as assistance
with contract disputes, and counseling.
From the medical malpractice
point of view, justice means compensation for the injuries, and occasionally
punishment for the wrongdoer. However, our lawyers also handle other matters
for our clients which go beyond pure negligence and personal injury. For
example, we have experience in contract disputes, domestic partnership
issues, negotiation, and general counseling for matters of
relevance in our lives.
The Firm is a "high tech" firm. We scan all materials into high speed
computers and are able to access important files, records, reports,
pictures, documents, and pleadings from anywhere in the world. We can
compress this data into CD/DVD ROM drives and have the entire file of a case
in our pocket at a hearing, something that few firms are prepared to do.
For medical malpractice,
wrongful death and personal injury cases, our Firm works on a contingency
basis. For other services, we receive a retainer and bill hourly...and
fairly !
Our Firm does not handle
every type of case. But the cases we handle are treated as if they are
our family's cases. Firm Founder, Sandy Martin, M.D. graduated Nova
Law School at the top of the class, summa cum laude,
was on Law Review and had the honor of being published in the Law Review.
